a fairytale stay,

large space two-bed section cozy cafes

i just returned from the most dreamy escape. we stayed two nights in a family room. this space was very large. my children enjoyed their own two-bed section. we all could walk to christmas markets and cozy cafes.

one small thing, when we were leaving, the valet took ages. it made us quite late for our plans. i hope they can improve this service in the future.

The location offered great access to shopping areas. The hotel staff was very well trained. They gave the best service! The breakfast had many choices.

The hotel is in a superb location, close to many attractions. I received an upgrade to a premium room. The room included a heated bathroom floor and good space.

small pillow unpleasant smell

The room lacked temperature control. It remained too warm. The bed was firm, but the pillow was too small and hard, affecting sleep quality. the hotel had an unpleasant smell, noticeable despite attempts to mask it. This detracted from the overall experience.

temperature control hard bed

I must complain. The temperature control in the room was useless. I was stuck at a balmy 24 degrees. It was far to warm. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the pillow was ridiculously small and firm. Seriously, what kinda room is this?
